Small and quiet, you have to wonder how this tiny sign ever caught anyone’s attention. The Card Mart neon sign is an early example of the work of Electrical Products Corp., once the largest manufacturer of electric sign displays on the West Coast. The sign and shop are probably from the early 50s.
